The First Tear festival is an observance dedicated to the moment Deora (the great creatress) heard the music of the omniverse and was so moved by the beauty of it she wept. Her first tear marked the creation of water. The festival is held in many dimensions, though all but unknown in Dim Q where you live. It is generally held by a body of water from midday August 30-31
