- A week at an all-inclusive resort somewhere tropical
- A multi-day train trip stopping to sample the local color and cuisine. I'd love to see some sort of historic re-enactment
- Camping, preferably somewhere with awe-inspiring views and a waterfall
- Swimming with wild dolphins. That's all I ask.
