HRu hule huli! I've placed you in Platen, the metal element. With the motto the gold standard, Platens excel at nearly everything they put their mind or hand to. While they are uncommonly intelligent, they are far too humble to boast about their smarts or accomplishments. Platen is the youngest element in the omniverse and was only recently added as a domain at the academy. There are many of the old guard who look down on Platen as not being a 'real' element, but Platens know who they are and shrug off the slight. Many of the world's marvels owe a debt of gratitude to Platen. You wouldn't be able to access this page if it weren't for them.

• Musical Instruments of Choice: Horns & brass instruments, theremin, squeeze box, steel drums, bells, calliope, spoons, pipe organ, washboard & thimble, saw & bow, one-man Band
• Mode of Communication: Morse code, metal cylinders pricked with patterns of holes played on plataphones, missives sent via pneumatic tube, post delivered by penny farthing
• Estate Brink: Luxury train car
