You're at a restaurant that is having an off day. Your order took forever and when it was delivered it was the wrong thing. You waited (again) for your order, only to be served a wilted salad and a hot entree that was room temperature and semi-congealed. How do you react?- My mother taught me, "If you can't say something nice ..." but I feel I owe it to others to spare them my fate. I will discreetly spread the word to stay away
